Dr. Krisel Nagallo is a licensed naturopathic physician committed to integrative, personalized healthcare that empowers patients to live with vitality and purpose. With a strong foundation in molecular biology and psychology, and over a decade of experience spanning clinical care, academia, and public outreach, Dr. Nagallo brings a holistic and evidence-informed approach to patient wellness.
Dr. Nagallo specializes in thyroid/hormonal balance, digestive disorders, and autoimmune conditions, offering care that bridges conventional diagnostics with natural therapeutic solutions. She collaborates closely with multidisciplinary providers including chiropractors and pharmacists to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.
Dr. Nagallo is also a dedicated educator, currently teaching anatomy & physiology as Assistant Professor at Chamberlain College of Nursing. Her academic background includes teaching appointments at Arizona College of Nursing, Grand Canyon University, and Estrella Mountain Community College. Her academic leadership is matched by her past work in regulatory compliance, community health education, and student mentorship.
Throughout her career, Dr. Nagallo has held leadership roles with national organizations such as the Naturopathic Medical Student Association, advocating for patient access to integrative medicine and legislative progress in the naturopathic field. Her research in oncology and nutritional medicine, coupled with a patient-centered philosophy, underpins her clinical excellence.
She holds a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from Sonoran University of Health Sciences (previously Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine), and graduated summa cum laude with dual undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Molecular Biology from York University and McMaster University respectively.
Dr. Nagallo has been recognized with numerous awards, including Top Naturopathic Doctor – Women in Medicine (2021) and multiple academic honors. She maintains active licensure in Arizona and is a member of fo the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians and Human Anatomy & Physiology Society.
